The Broccatelli Cheese Facory began in 1938,when the little boy Enrico started to work in another cheese factory in Santa Maria degli Angeli. After the war, March 3rd 1948, Enrico opened the activity in Via Patrono d’Italia, the actual factory born in 1956, since than they offer high quality cheese products, run by Enrico, his wife Tina, his brother Antonio and his sons. This is the story of this important local cheese facory, where past and present are connected thanks to the family and passion and emotion are the bases to make cheese made with love.
